Privacy Policy
for personal data

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter - the Privacy Policy) is a public contract concluded between the owner of the CRM system, Umai CRM LLC (hereinafter - the Company), and the User in accordance with Article 387 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and Its Protection» and applies to information containing the personal data of Users which the CRM system https://sezimai.com (hereinafter - the Service) may obtain about Users while they use the functionality of the Service under a subscription model.

1. Definitions

1. Personal data - information relating to a personal data subject who is identified, or can be identified on the basis of that information, recorded on an electronic, paper and (or) other tangible medium.
2. Non-personal data - information that is transmitted automatically in the course of using the Service: the address of the requested page, cookie information, the IP address, browser information, the referrer (the address of the previous page) and the time of access.
3. Collection of personal data - actions aimed at obtaining personal data.
4. Processing of personal data - actions aimed at the accumulation, storage, modification, supplementation, use, dissemination, depersonalisation, blocking and destruction of personal data.
5. Protection of personal data - a set of measures, including legal, organisational and technical measures, carried out for the purposes established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and Its Protection».
6. Service - the SezimAI CRM system, hosted in a data centre in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and having the internet address https://sezimai.com, which provides Users with subscription-based access to functionality for the automation and management of educational centres.
7. Website services - all services and functions available to the User on the website https://sezimai.com and its subdomains.
8. User - an individual or legal entity registered in the Service in order to use its functionality under a subscription model.
9. Company - Umai CRM LLC, the owner of the SezimAI CRM system, BIN 210940035177.
10. Cookies - small text files in which the browser records data about the User's actions in the Service. Cookies ensure that authentication works correctly, preserve settings and make the Service easier to use.
11. IP address - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol, which makes it possible to determine the User's location (no more precisely than the city and region).

2. Subject matter of the privacy policy

1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Company's obligations regarding non-disclosure and protection of the personal data that the User provides when registering and/or paying for a subscription in order to use the functionality of the Service.
2. The personal data permitted to be processed under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by completing the registration form on the website and includes:
   1. surname and first name;
   2. contact telephone number;
   3. name of the centre;
   4. email address;
   5. company details (where required, for the issuing of invoices).
3. Any other personal information (login history, devices used, IP addresses, etc.) is also subject to secure storage and non-disclosure, except in the cases provided for in clause 4.3.2 and clause 4.4 of this Policy.

3. Purposes of collecting and processing Users' personal data

1. The Company collects, processes and stores only the personal data that is necessary in order to provide access to the functionality of the Service.
2. Personal data is used for the purposes of:
   1. identifying the User in order to grant access to the Service;
   2. arranging and processing subscription payments;
   3. providing the User with technical and informational support;
   4. personalising the settings of the Service;
   5. communicating with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information about the operation of the Service and its updates;
   6. improving the quality of the Service and developing new functions;
   7. informing the User about promotions and news;
   8. carrying out statistical research on the basis of non-personal data.
3. The Company is not responsible for information provided by the User in the public sections of the Service.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

1. The User is obliged to:
   1. provide accurate personal data necessary for registration and for working in the Service;
   2. keep the data provided up to date when it changes.
2. The User has the right to:
   1. access and edit their personal data through the web interface of the Service;
   2. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The Company is obliged to:
   1. use the personal data received solely for the purposes stated in section 3;
   2. not transfer personal data to third parties without the User's consent, except in the cases provided for by law;
   3. take measures to protect personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The Company has the right to transfer depersonalised non-personal data to third parties for analytics and for improving the quality of the Service.

5. Miscellaneous

1. The User's use of the Service constitutes their consent to this Privacy Policy.
2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy, they must stop using the Service.
3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the CRM system https://sezimai.com and its subdomains. The Company is not responsible for third-party websites which the User may visit via links inside the Service.
4. The Company does not verify the accuracy of personal data, but assumes that the User provides correct and up-to-date information.
5. Disabling Cookies may affect the correct operation of certain functions of the Service.
6. The Company collects statistics on Users' IP addresses in order to identify and resolve technical problems.
7. This Policy and the relationship between the User and the Company are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8. The Company reserves the right to amend the Policy unilaterally in order to improve the data protection system.
